Sox tie Dodger's ancient record

The White Sox scored first in Sunday afternoon's ballgame, which tied the Major League record for holding a lead in consecutive games to start a season at 25. It's not the most prestigious record, but hey, any record that doesn't have to do with futility is a hell of a thing to witness in this town.

Nice, Nice. Now let's break it. KC and Brian Anderson ought to be a cakewalk...knock on wood.

It seems I've been spoiled. After years of seeing the Sox lose, they win for three weeks and I expect them to break records.

Well, look out KC.

I know...I wonder if this is what it felt like to be a Yankee fan durring their glory days. Expecting to win every game is definately something I'm not used to.

That 55' Dodger team went on to win the World Series...so if we're lucky this could be a sign of things to come. I take that back...we're going to need a whole lot more than luck to pull that off.

World Series, eh? What's that? I'm only 20, I don't think I've seen one of those in Chicago. I hear they're exotic, like the Super Bowl.

Is that like a pennant?
